On February 11, I appeared on Hearsay Culture, a radio interview show and podcast covering internet issues and modern technology, hosted by David Levine of the Center for Internet and Society at Stanford Law School. The interview addressed my draft article Wait for It … Latency, Copyright and the Private Ordering of Scientific Publishing, focusing on issues of access to knowledge in the context of scientific publishing. UI discussed the impact of copyright law on traditional sharing of research among scientists and what can be done to address its impact.
